Thank you for shopping with Adore Wild Embroidery.
All of our products are made to order and embroidered with care. Because each item is created specifically for you, please allow 3–8 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. We do not offer rush processing or expedited production at this time.
While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Adore Wild Embroidery ships exclusively to customers located in the United States.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply to international shipments.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. While we will do our best to assist with address corrections, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has been shipped.
Adore Wild Embroidery is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Adore Wild Embroidery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, Adore Wild Embroidery is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Any available insurance claims must be filed through the shipping carrier according to their policies and procedures.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During holidays, product launches, sales events, and other high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than normal.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy seasons and recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible.
