Return & Refund Policy
At Adore Wild Embroidery, every item is made, embroidered, and prepared with care. Because many of our products are made to order, embroidered, or produced in limited quantities, all sales are considered final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the custom nature of embroidered apparel and made-to-order production, we are unable to restock or resell items once they have been created for a customer.
Please review sizing information, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may be requested prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@adorewildembroidery.com.
While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests submitted before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our shop. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@adorewildembroidery.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Information
Once an order has been shipped, Adore Wild Embroidery is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damages that occur during transit. Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Any insurance claims related to shipping must be handled through the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately.
We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been placed, particularly if the order has already entered production or has been shipped. Adore Wild Embroidery is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
Holiday & Peak Season Processing
During holidays, product launches, sales events, and other peak shopping periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than normal. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy seasons.
